Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account information (name, email, username/handle, and password), profile data (photo, bio, size measurements, and color palette preferences), wardrobe data (clothing items, photos, brand names, purchase price, tags, and privacy settings), outfit data, style requests, and payment information processed by Stripe. We also collect log data, device identifiers, and usage information automatically when you use the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, personalise your style experience, process payments, send transactional communications, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing Your Information

We share information with stylists and shops you choose to connect with (limited to the wardrobe data you make visible), service providers acting on our behalf (Stripe, Google, Apple, Resend, OpenAI), and as required by law. Information shared with connected pros is governed by the privacy settings you set on individual items and your profile.

Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Stroala mobile app or web settings. We retain certain records as required by law or legitimate business need. Upon account deletion, your wardrobe and personal data are removed from active systems within 30 days.

Your Rights
