Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Stroala platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stroala. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Stroala accounts are personal and non-transferable.
User Roles
Stroala has three user roles: The Muse (client), The Visionary (stylist), and The Curator (shop). Each role has distinct capabilities, limitations, and subscription requirements. Pro roles (Visionary and Curator) require an active paid subscription to unlock client management, recommendations, and commerce tools.
Subscriptions and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Stroala reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are issued at Stroala’s discretion in accordance with applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Stroala to upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, harass other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Stroala may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Wardrobe Data and Privacy
Your wardrobe items are private by default. You control which items and profile information are visible to connected stylists, shops, and the public. Stroala does not sell your personal wardrobe data.
Commission and Commerce
Stylist commissions are governed by individual affiliation agreements between Visionaries and Curators established within the platform. Stroala facilitates but is not a party to those commercial relationships. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.
Limitation of Liability
Stroala is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stroala is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
